You can use the Priority Customer Support dialog to get help from CyberLink Customer Service more quickly. To access it, click ? near the top right corner and then select Priority Customer Support.
Fill in as much detail about your issue as you can in the field provided, and then click the Attach Files button to attach screenshots, etc., which may help to illustrate your issue. When ready, click Agree and Continue to submit your issue to CyberLink Customer Service.
Once submitted, go to the CyberLink Members Zone to read responses regarding your inquiry:
