CyberLink PowerDirector Help
The Motion Tracker* tool lets you track the motion of one or more objects in a video clip. You can then add title text, effects, or PiP images/videos that move with the tracked object in the video. To open the Motion Tracker, select a video clip on the timeline and then select Tools > Motion Tracker.

When you are done using the Motion Tracker, click the OK button to save your changes. Your changes are applied to the video clip and updated on the video timeline.
