An on-premise and server based facial recognition API system, supporting various operating systems (Windows, Red Hat, CentOS) and accessible through any web browser, FaceMe® Platform 5.6 further improves the process for developers to add facial recognition to applications for identity verification, such as secure digital onboarding, system login, and access control.
Enhanced Performance
With FaceMe® Platform version 5.5 already boasting impressive performance, version 5.6 is now capable of performing recognition and verification transactions 2.78 times faster. When utilizing Nvidia A5000 GPU for both performance and latency tests, version 5.6 latency time is also a significant 2.91 times faster. The parameters for these testing benchmarks included using extraction model UH6, and each transaction comprised of 1:1 Face Match plus passive 2D anti-spoofing.
Enhanced IT Security
FaceMe® Platform 5.6 has also taken steps in updating IT security features. Improving on its admin features, FaceMe® Platform now supports the creation of multiple admins, each with a different set of pre-defined roles and permissions to manage access rights effectively. It also now includes an admin login audit log, documenting all login attempts (both successful and failed) to FaceMe® Platform’s backend system for accurate record keeping and auditing. Additionally, FaceMe® Platform 5.6 is now compliant with NIST SP 800-63B.
